How to fix Microsoft office encountered an error during setup

Okei so there's still some of people who don't now yet to fix this issues... i just want to share this method to fix this problem....

So there are many people who have reported of several issues a list of which have been mentioned below:
• Microsoft office encountered an error during setup for 2016 version
• Microsoft office encountered an error during setup for 2013 version
• Microsoft office encountered an error during setup for 2007 version
• Microsoft office professional plus 2010 encountered an error during setup
• Microsoft office 2013 encountered an error during setup windows 10
• Unable to install the office 365

One of which most common one is the error displaying Microsoft office encountered an error during setup.

If you wish you can try to resolve the error by erasing the registry keys. In case the issue still persists then you can follow the below mentioned instructions:

Method 1

Step 1:
Run the fix it from the following link to remove traces of Office:

Step 2:
Once the fix it process is complete try the step below to rename the Microsoft Help Folder and check if it helps:

· Hold Windows key + R.

· Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

%Programdata%

Rename the 'Microsoft Help' folder as 'Microsoft Help. OLD'

Restart the computer and then try to install Office 2013 in windows clean boot mode and check if it helps:

Note: Ensure to restart the computer in normal mode once troubleshooting is completed.

Clean boot is performed to disable all startup programs and 3rd party services on the machine and check if they are conflicting with the Office program. If so, you may disable the unwanted software those conflict with the suite or get them updated. . .

Method 2

at your start menu search type "Task Scheduler"after you go there you will see a small arrow... at the left side of "task scheduler" click a small arrow after that same to "microsoft" click small arrow sellect "office" then r-click click delete folder.
